Classical Ayurveda is clear that the body adapts badly to sudden change — and modern behaviour-change science agrees that small, repeated, self-chosen steps are what actually stick. BioSatmya is built on that shared principle. We never ask for an overhaul.

No. BioSatmya is integrative health and lifestyle coaching — education and personalised guidance, not diagnosis or medical treatment. It works best alongside your doctor or other healthcare professionals, never instead of them.
Sessions are one-to-one and online. We look at digestion, energy, sleep, stress and daily rhythm together, identify what suits you and what’s working against you, and agree one small, doable change at a time. You’ll have a written plan and email support between sessions.
Most advice tells you what’s ‘good’ in general. BioSatmya asks a more useful question — whether something is suitable for you, in your situation, right now. The same food, routine or exercise can help one person and hinder another, so the plan is built around your fit, not the average.
Start with the free Discovery Call — there’s no commitment, and it’s the best way to see what fits. Foundations suits anyone wanting clarity and a solid starting point; Transformation suits those wanting deeper, longer support for lasting change. We’ll talk it through on the call.
It depends on what we’re working with, and we’ll always be honest about realistic timelines. Some changes — energy, digestion — can shift within weeks. Deeper restoration, such as rebuilding resilience after burnout, takes longer. Gradual is what makes it durable.
