Your body has an internal clock, and it thrives on regularity — roughly consistent times to eat, sleep, wake and wind down. When those keep shifting, sleep, digestion and energy all drift, because your body never gets a steady signal to organise around. It’s not that you’re undisciplined. Your rhythm has simply been scrambled.

The good news: rhythm is one of the most forgiving things to rebuild. Small, steady anchors in the day do a surprising amount — and you don’t need a rigid, perfect routine to feel the difference.

The Ayurvedic word for a daily rhythm that keeps body and mind steady — it treats timing (Kala) as medicine in itself. Modern body-clock science agrees: when you eat, sleep and move matters as much as what you do.

This is coaching led by a practitioner trained in both Ayurvedic medicine (BAMS) and psychology (MSc) — rooted in classical tradition, cross-checked against current science, and clear about what it can and can’t do. It works alongside your GP, never instead of them. If something needs medical care, you’ll be told.
