Why Do My Symptoms Keep Coming Back

If you're bloated, drained, and quietly tired of being told to just eat better and try harder — this is for you. The problem probably isn't your effort.

You eat well.

You pay attention.

You’re consistent — more consistent than people realise.

And still the bloating returns, the energy dips, the same things circle back.

After a while, it’s hard not to wonder if the problem is you. It almost never is!

It probably isn't you. It's that the advice was never meant for you.

Most health advice is written for an average person who doesn’t exist. The same food, the same routine, the same plan — handed to everyone, and quietly expected to fit. When it doesn’t fit you, that’s not a willpower or discipline problem. It’s a suitability problem.

What genuinely suits one body can do nothing for another or even work against it. So, the plans that failed weren’t you failing them. They were generic answers to a deeply personal question.

The balance the body is always reaching for, and what is genuinely suitable for this body, this life, right now. Everything else in this framework is a way of helping the body find it. It’s the idea the whole practice is named for.

Your symptoms aren’t separate problems — they’re one connected balance.

Digestion, sleep, stress, energy and your daily habits aren’t separate problems. They’re connected, and they shape each other every day. When they’re pulling against one another, symptoms keep returning no matter how hard you work on any single one of them.

That’s why fixing the food alone, or the sleep alone, tends to feel temporary. What’s usually missing isn’t one more rule — it’s seeing the whole balance, so the changes you make finally hold.

You might recognise:

Bloating or digestion that won't settle

Weight that won't shift, however hard you try

Energy that rises and crashe

Hormonal ups and downs

Symptoms that feel unpredictable

That sense of having tried everything

What working together actually looks like

No overhaul. No 30-day plan you’ll dread by day four. We start by understanding your body — gently, properly — and then change one thing at a time, at a pace you can absorb.

We make sense of your digestion, what settles it, what sets it off

We look at how stress is showing up in your body

We find your daily rhythm — sleep, meals, energy, and where it's off

We choose changes that suit you — not the average person

We go gradually, so it lasts past the first hard week

The goal isn’t a perfect plan. It’s knowing your body well enough that the right choices finally feel obvious — and stay.

Grounded, and honest about its limits

This is coaching led by a practitioner trained in both Ayurvedic medicine (BAMS) and psychology (MSc) — rooted in classical tradition, cross-checked against current science, and clear about what it can and can’t do. It works alongside your GP, never instead of them. If something needs medical care, you’ll be told.

This is probably for you if…

Your digestion, energy, stress levels, and habits are not separate. They are connected and influence each other every day. This means,

You stop guessing and finally understand what your body has been trying to tell you.
