Hi, I’m Fathima.
My path into wellbeing has never been a straight line. Along the way, I found myself drawn to a question that continues to shape my work today: why do some people thrive while others struggle, even when they seem to be doing all the right things?
The more I explored this question, the more I realised that wellbeing is rarely influenced by one factor alone. It is shaped by the complex relationship between our bodies, minds, habits, relationships, environments, and the rhythms of everyday life.
That curiosity led to the creation of BioSatmya—a space for exploring these connections with greater awareness, compassion, and understanding. My hope is to help people look beyond quick fixes, reconnect with themselves, and discover sustainable ways to create balance in a world that often feels out of rhythm.
